Advertiser - Dealership, Their Agent, or Organisation, That is Advertising The Need For
Vehicle Movement on The Platform.
User - Vehicle Logistics Provider Offering Vehicle Transportation or Vehicle Moving
Service To an Advertiser.
INDEMNITY & LIABILITY
The Platform accepts no liability for any loss or losses incurred by either Advertiser or User resulting in agreement reached or connection facilitated by the Platform.
It is the duty of both the Advertiser and User to satisfy themselves as to the suitability and bona fides of the Advertiser or User that they are entering into agreement with. The Platform is solely a means of introduction between the Advertiser and the User.
While the Platform will endeavour to ensure that any data and information uploaded is genuine, the platform accepts no liability for the accuracy of information uploaded by an Advertiser, User, their agents or a third party through their approved portal to the Platform.
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Platform and only in exceptional “no blame” instances
The Platform cannot be held responsible for an aborted vehicle movement. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser and User to ensure the vehicle booked for movement is both prepared, ready and in the correct advised location. All charges and fee’s due to the Platform remain payable.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
Customer support is provided Monday – Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm by phone and email. Exceptions to this include bank holidays. Outside of these core hours, support is only available via email should major issues arise. The Platform is hosted and managed on cloud infrastructure, with green energy sources and redundancies in place. If issues arise, our server team are auto alerted by inbuilt monitoring tools.
